Hi Guys,

    Im setting up goals for a client that I am helping with their online strategy.
    It is a recruitment agency and a Google Analytics goal for them is a successful upload of a resume.
    Their site is not bad, but they use an annoying resume upload system that generates random looking urls.

    When a candidate successfully uploads a resume the url will look like this for example: www.clientsite.com/vacancy/?apply=true#.VEj9-vmUeSo

    The
apply=true#
part is goal specific. Now I add that to Google Analytics the following:

    Destination type goal with a regular expression
apply=true
. Is this enough?

    I have been reading about regular expressions, goal setting for a couple of hours, but I find it quite complicated and confusing.
