Im trying to make 300 niche sites.. what would be the best tools and the best way to go about doing this.. and no.. this is not CHURN AND BURN.. I dont want the google gods to get alarmed here. I mean there has to be some automated stuff and something that will get these sites at number 1 ranking. and how to keep linking up and this is a one man team here, but will oursource soon

how would you experts do this HUGE task?

Automated an Nr. 1 for longterm shouldn't be used in one sentence. You could rank good with some "Spamming" but they never will stay alive for long. And I think you want do earn longterm money right? Or are you just doing this for flipping the sites?

Well some long term.. others short term money. I might flip the sites later as an authority.

But i got to build at least 300 sites to make some quick nice profit. Any advice?

If I were you, I'll begin to outsource as soon as you start bringing in some money from your first batch of sites.

Unless you have got the keyword research and link building well covered, I would rethink those 300 and start with a few authority sites, build them, keep the good ones and flip the others. With 300, you are spreading too thin in my opinion. If you have enough budget to outsource its a different story though.

First step is to do proper keyword research to choose the 300 keywords that you will build your websites around, If I were you I would have chosen keywords with very weak competition in the first page of Google to increase the possibility of ranking the websites on their own and cut the backlinking efforts. You can use "stealth keyword" software for keyword researching that amount of keywords, find it in the BST section, it will make your life easier.

2nd: Purchase partial match or exact match domains related to the keywords that you found.

3rd: Buy a private hosting space with different ips and host 5:10 site on each IP.

4th: Use an easy CMS preferably wordpress to install on all of the 300 domains, to make things easier use a wordpress management service like worpit to keep it easy to manage all of the websites.

4th: Find an agency or a couple of freelancers to write the content around the keywords that you previously researched. 5 articles per/site is a good start, then you can create more later for the best performing websites.

5th: Post the content and optimize titles and metal (on page SEO) for each article and website.

6th: Index the 300 hundred websites by using an indexing service or building a couple of backlinks for each website (automated links for sure)

7th: Leave them for 2-3 months then register in a SERP tracking service to check each website current ranking to determine which websites need small amount of backlinks and which will need more links.

8th: Start building backlinks by a good tool - can't provide good info about the type of backlinking strategy that you should use as I never ranked that much of websites before)

9th: Keep us informed how this goes as many members including me will be interested to see if ranking that much of websites is profitable and worth the time, effort and investment or not.

Best of luck.

One Question: - Where are you going to get the content to fill 300 sites?

Why don't you start with 5 sites and see yourself how big this task can be. Also with "step by step" work you will learn the best.
This method asking someone else how is look like managing 300 sites will bring you nowhere.

Just my thoughts.

the real purpose for this is to manage my more profitible and higher traffic niches and of course.. make them authorities. 300 sites done right should fund this project

adsense, and all other revenues possible, i have to test this..
I also have to test how to get as much conversion as possible..

What BST tools for keywords tools would you recommend?

What hosting you recommend for private hosting .. which is like 150 a month.. ill have to start slow..

4th: Find an agency or a couple of freelancers to write the content around the keywords that you previously researched. 5 articles per/site is a good start, then you can create more later for the best performing websites.

Do you have any agencies in mind? that would be helpful to know?

5th: Post the content and optimize titles and metal (on page SEO) for each article and website.
Im gonna have to brush up on that a bit.. That would probably need a lil more explainin.. ill have to get a more in-depth analysis on that.

I read that other thread by hotboy2111 in his 2009 post.

he was making $3.00 a day.. No.. I need darn near every visitor to convert..

THERE, I JUST UPPED THE STAKES AND THE CHALLENGE.

dang near authority sites.. but Good, niche sites, with an INDEX of pages to each site.. so the visitors find the information they need an still click on an ad on the site.. until i get a product to also sell for that niche.

I figure If I get the visitors to make conversion on just google adsense or yahoo ads then when i find a product for that niche, the conversion potential will already be there..

This can go into so many avenues

Regarding the hosting I don't really know a good SEO hosting as there is a big debate if it works or not. Many people say that such hostings are scam and get caught by Google. I would advice you to search for cheap dedicated hosting and host your sites over a couple of accounts. Dedicated ips are optional though, it's just an extra safety to not put all of the eggs in one basket.

The tool name is "Stealth keyword competition analyzer"
Check out this method, will help you in bulk keyword researching

You can find such agencies on oDesk, I use them frequently and a lot of writing agencies are located there and would provide you with very good offers for such quantity.

Read more about the on-page SEO factors, It's half the way for ranking websites and can rank the website alone if added to the right content that target a low competition keyword. Let me know via pm if you need assistance in establishing and managing the websites. I didn't build such amount of websites before, however I know how can things be automated and have experience in ordering bulk content for websites.
