I am big, 196 cm. 3,5 weeks ago I was 109 kg, feeling very bad, nobody have seen my fat because I am tall but I've started getting pregnant woman stomach.

Went into kethosis diet for 1,5 week, lost 5kg but it wasn't this, I felt very weak, no energy, like old guy.
Then I broken my diet and still loosing the weight:
-morning and evening walk, 5km each, every day, even rain, no exception
-limiting bad carbs with high IG: no bread, sugar, coca cola. Only low carb fruits, vegies, some meat every 3rd, 4th day (like semi-veg but I like it, just avoid because poor quality)

Results?

-my efficiency increased like hell, I can walk 10km without any effort, coming back relaxed, even march was fast
-101kg today
-my biceps looks better, seems I lost little fat and water covering
-i feel power in my vains, brain works better :)

Whats next?

-after 100kg barrier I am going to gym, walking is no effort for me any more
 
Good work on getting the health up, it's no secret when you feel good, you work more effectively too

You cant let yourself get slow, bud, you have apps to saturate on the Play Store

Speaking of, if you ever decide to get your new methods out and tested and make a journey, I'd love to follow it. That and your workout journey too perhaps lol
 
I need to loose 5 kg i Will follow your diet :) because i drink too much diet coke.

Ikr feels so light after losing weight! The only mistake most guys do is overtraining. And then they lose weight and muscles too. Best is lift heavy and do cardio once or twice a week.

Thats why I resigned from keto, I have muscles already, I don't want to loose them.
 
Yes it is easy to forget about the health when your mind is concentrated on making income. I see it for myself. I own a hostel business in Nicaragua with a few business partners and we got into a financial trouble because of the political situation here. My partners left the country to get jobs and I am staying here to take care of the property and everything what comes if you own a business like that. So in a few months I quit going swimming to the beach because I spent all of my time thinking how to earn money. And all the worries and problems brought the alcohol cure with it. So I ended up drunk every night just to forget about the problems. It brought me nothing but hangovers and loss of concentration. The problems are still there and I feel bad every morning. So last week I took out my bodyboard again and went to the beach and after that I was tired but happy. So now I don't avoid alcohol (just dont get crazy drunk like before) I just increased my activity and my mind got clear, I have more energy and I just regret I did not make this change before...
 
I think I need to stop drinking beer to lose some weight ;D ain't gonna happen.

Obviously, do something about it if you don't feel good about it.
 
Good job on giving up on keto. Its pointless to go on an unsustainable diet for your own lifestyle
 
I having my goal to lose weight also. I have lost 6kg in last 3months. Not much, but still feeling gud after workout.

i want atleast 4pax. Need to achieve this goal before end of this year.

Start to increase my intensity now.

I agree with you, but you must set goals and be dedicated to the fitness life
Happy to hear about your experience. I am sure you will motivate some fat boys to move their burger king asses out of the office 1 hour a day
 
Dont cut on meat, meat is good for you, high on protein and will give you streinght, you will lose weight anyway if you cut the bread, pasta and all the bad carbs.
