Having been focused on mainly white hat/gray hat tactics so far I'm unfamiliar with how to implement a black hat strategy. My assumption is a site ranking using black hat tactics will sooner or later (usually sooner) drop out of the ranks and you than start over with a new site. It's easy to rank using black hat techniques but you wont stay very long. You than spend your time putting out new sites as the old ones drop out. I don't see this as necessarily a bad thing I just want to know if my assumption is correct. Is this the "correct" black hat strategy?

I have been doing BH, WH, GH,Top Hat, Bowler Hat, Flat Cap, Woolly Hat, and More for over 18 years, All methods work for me and I have Paying Clients Who have been on Top of the serps for years.

Ha Ha Your right I'm very green. Let me ask it another way. What is the most effective and quickest way to learn effective black hat techniques?
And to reiterate my original question: Are sites that rank through black hat methods consider "temporary" in that they will permanently drop from the serps? The strategy being creating new sites ongoing?
