how much ammount of users to interact per operation should i have also can i do 200 follows and 200 unfollows per day on a 2 month old account wich is my main one or if not can someone suggest me some settings

Gmt is dead, if you have just one account i suggest you use jarvee and use your home ip and no proxy, you can safely do 150f+250likes a day with no problem, but start slow first 50f 50 likes then up to 150f 250 likes and a max of 500 unfollow if needed per day.

Yes their recent update didn't fix the blocks, and i know for sure that jarvee + local ip for just one account on your own laptop can work fine using normal settings, so you have one account this is my suggestion to you.

I dont know why but GMT is working for me i, have 3 accounts performing repost and follows, but i’m afraid to renew subscription because everybody is telling that isn’t working anymore hahaa I don’t know why its working for me and if it will last for a long time
