GMT2 - rookies beware

I signed with this service to manage one account only thinking that the price point would be fair for what I wanted: get rid of ghost followers, F/U, like and welcome messaging for new followers.
Quite straight forward?
Tutorials as not detailed - they assume that you know their lingo
Support is mostly useless as they just point basic/obvious solutions that even an illiterate rookie (like me) can figure out alone
The software ignores basics settings and unfollow my followers (peopel with 100s of posts and followers that are active on IG) and the support ask you to manually add those 100s of people to a white list!? I pay them to not have to do manual work, in this case fix their problem

I think there are lots of better bots.
By the did you ask for a refund?
The marketplace is full of bots,why should you pay for an annoying one?
