How much RAM did the tool use when it still ran without issue? Imho it's a miracle, that it ran until now. 2 GB RAM using modern OSes is just not enough for anything nowadays. If you use Win 10, the OS alone requires almost that much. The official minimum recommended amount of RAM is 2GB for Win 10 64 bit, which is a factual minimal, don't expect running anything flawlessly with only that much. Add another 2 GB unit at least (4 GB would be better) and/or change HDD to SSD. You can find used RAM on eBay for cheap, SSDs dropped their prices a lot too, small ones just for the system and apps doesn't cost much and increase productivity a lot.
What you can try:
Defragment the HDD. That will speed things up, but the amount of RAM will still be the same. Delete anything, which is not needed and stop/disable any processes, which is not needed for the system, but judging from your screenshot, there aren't any unnecessary processes, which would use much RAM.

Things like this, you need to contact support. CPU could spike if they are making use of all cores in the machine to do IO as quickly as possible, but is unlikely it should last long. There might be an issue and only they can help you find out.
As for adding more ram it won't effect it, as it is the CPU

Omg same,finally someone said it, it started last night , i send an email to their support still no asnwer, my pc has 64 Go or ram and gmt is taking like 24Go and still lag asf i couldn't touch anything,so for now i shut it down

Update from the developer:
"Instagram has made a change to their API which has caused scraping of users followers/following not to be performed properly. The issue has been diagnosed and fixed and an update will be released later today."

Thanks for the explanation , this explain everything, it's not a matter of ram it's from Instagram itself because my GMT lags even on my beast 64 Go pc right now

Guys programs become buggy due to their historical data or backups, not saying this is the case but as the guy above confirmed its a bug
I ran 5 accs on jarvee and it was using 16gb of ram, unistalled multiple times until i delete all data/backups and started from 0 it got fixed

CPU usage is at 2%, which is practically nothing, RAM usage is at 95%, which brings the whole system to a crawl.
But as it appears, it's a bug within the tool fortunately for the OP, so he doesn't have to add more RAM. But still, 2 GB RAM nowadays isn't much (i used more with Win XP), especially if it's not a dedicated machine for specific tasks, but it's your daily machine too, which you want to use for basic tasks too like browsing the internet.
That's true, but it happens only when tools aren't optimized well. After some time scraping/following etc. can generate huge data files, you wouldn't even believe it until you check it once. It can be gigabytes of data in simple txt files. When the tool you use try to access a file like that and tool is not optimized well, it can crash the system easily, especially if it's some weaker config (e.g. OP's with only 2GB of RAM). In that case you can either ask the dev to modify the code to something not as resource intensive or you can do what you did, delete everything, but that's often not too good, because you will scrape/follow/unfolow the same users all over again without the existing data files.
It's a different bug this time as it was explained above.
