when appealing through the help option what options/inputs do you put to not get an automated response and an actual manual review.

Don't put a simple question because else you'll receive an automated response, and mention you want to be contacted back by a human

There isn’t a form option that guarantees a human response. Use “I fixed the issue” only after changing the site or feed, and “I disagree” when you can explain why the flag is wrong. Include the exact issue, what changed and any supporting documents. Repeated unsupported requests can use up review attempts and lead to a cooldown.
