I'm very new to local SEO and i would like help my uncle out with GMB for his business but i don't know how to get started with an account or does he need to add me on something?

If he doesn't have a GMB page already one will need setup and a post card can be mailed out for verification. If he currently has a listing then he simply needs to add you as a manager or give you login info.
