The company with which I will have a court hearing has removed their business listing on Google. There were hundreds of negative opinions, I would like to ask if it is possible to check an archived version of this business card?

Your best bet is the Wayback Machine. It's a digital archive of the web and can show historical snapshots of web pages, but it's hit or miss for GMB listings. If the listing's web page was crawled, you might find what you're looking for.

No, Google doesn't let us see old versions of deleted business listings. Just concentrate on the court hearing, show your proof, and address any worries they have.
