GMB Verification Needed U.S. Only - No Postcard

Hey guys, rather new here so, sorry in advance if this is in the wrong section.
As the title states, I'm looking for someone who can create a GMB listing for me who's able to get the location verified without the need for a postcard. Trying to start a local lead gen site but, and I need the listing to show up a couple of towns over.
