GMB - Suspended Multiple Times

Hi guys,

Something pretty strange is happening with one of our clients.

The GMB is into - "Medical industry" and they have a physical location with no reviews.
Previously at the same address, there was another medical business.

Our client has a registered business, we gave physical photos and yet we are rejected multiple times. Somehow I feel the GMB is getting flagged automatically for some reason. We got it reinstated twice but again it has got suspended.

Similar medical providers are there on the GMB without any issues.

Google gave us the following message.

We understand that you want to reinstate the above listing.

We appreciate keeping us informed about the issue that you are facing with the page. We understand how important a Google My Business listing is for business.

The concern had been escalated to a team of specialists, who regret to inform that the business listing is not eligible to be displayed on Google Search and Maps as long as it does not comply with our eligibility guidelines.

Enforcing these guidelines not only helps us maintain high quality information on Google, it enhances how customers interact with businesses, online. We recommend going through our Quality guidelines, so that we can get the business listing up and running, as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Any Suggestions for me? Really appreciate.

Did you manage to resolve this issue? I have a client that has the same issue and received the same email.

I once had the same problem.
it because my friend and i are submitting the same business multiple times.

We deleted all our submission earlier and create a fresh one.
It takes a bit longer than a normal one but at least it finally worked out.

i remember the support even asked me for Video Call with the Brand’s name at the location, employees and staff with uniform.

it was done at the place and i shared the Geolocation with the support before interview.
