GMB says verification required

Have two emails attached to a GMB. Primary owner and a manager. The manager email says "GMB says verification required" but not the primirary owner. Anyone encounter this? But google emailed and said everything is ok. Is the gmb ok?

Don't worry, it's a known bug. The listing is fine if Google said it is and the owner doesn't see a problem. The manager alert will probably resolve itself shortly.
 
As long as the primary owner is verified, the account is usually fine and the manager view can sometimes show that message

That's normal. As long as the main owner is real, your GMB is good. There is a sync problem with the manager's "verification required" notification. You don't need to worry because Google has already validated that everything is fine.
 
That usually happens when the manager account doesn’t refresh status properly. If Google emailed you that everything is fine and the primary owner shows it active, then the profile is ok. Just clear cache or re-login on the manager email and it should sync.
 
This is normal bro sometimes the manager account shows verification required even if the primary owner is fully verified... If google emailed and confirmed everything is fine, your GMB is okay
