GMB Reviews - Do local guide levels affect ranking?

I’ve seen a few times on this forum, people mentioned that a Level 6+ Google Local guide account would be better for ranking/seo than a lower level account.

Any truth to this claim?

For example, does a Google Local Guide Lvl 6 help your rankings better than a Google Local guide lvl 4?

Google Local Guide profiles are better option for a review instead of a normal profile as its genuine. But before having a review from local guide make sure its local of your place of business. As many people make their profile as local guide by posting reviews throughout the world.

Example. A profile is Google Local Guide of place New York but posting reviews in USA, UK, Australia, NZ and many more places. This is not genuine profile.

Google Local Guides are now given one more power of making lists of their favorite places. So, if your business is listed as favorite in 100 local guide profiles it will help you in ranking.

So, if its level 4 or 6 doesn't matter much until its local guide of your area. Secondly quality of the review.
