I would say it's best to start with friends and relatives before jumping right to a fake review service. If they are a local guide it's a plus. Success on Konker.io for local guides reviews and once you have 5 or 10 then you can switch to the cheapies. It also helps to have reviews (use friends and family) on other platforms like Yelp which can just be a few. Once you get started try to stimulate real reviews. It will be better for you in the long run as I have seen Google take down half of someone's reviews with one update. Good Luck.
