GMB review promotes competitor, how to get it removed?

I have received a review which recommends two local competitors after slating our service.

I have flagged the review for advertisement but i think nothing will happen

What UK laws I can quote when filling out Google's legal form to ensure it removed?

Damn that is a hard question, I think you will get the best answer from google themselves or a lawyer that is specialized in digital laws.

Report the review several times from different accounts, This post contains advertising or spam and cut and paste where it refers to other companies. It typically takes about 10 days to be removed.
