GMB Review oddity

Good day/evening everyone.

When a manager is logged in to a GMB property and replies to reviews, it shows "response from owner."

However, when certain third parties or plugins pull the review, it showing either the full name, or first name and last initial of the "owner" or manager logged in who is responding to reviews. How does one fix this?

Can you give an example of which pluggin is doing that?

js and widget as provided by Bark.com is what I personally observed and verified, as well as any google reviews pulled and displayed by Bark for a business on their own website too. I'm trying to verify three other instances.
