What should the reviews have in them? How do I do them strategically?
 
Please listen my advice as I have more than 100 GMB.
You take the number one and you put 10 more review than him. Then if you have balls you use spammy domain name.
Period.
 
Don't buy the reviews, whatever you do. Most will be removed right away and your listing flagged which will make it longer to approve any "legit" ones that come through.

Bullshit. The only problem with purchased review from seller is that 90% percent of seller can't deliver sticky review. Google is getting better at detecting fake review.
 
Regardless of the methods you use to obtain 5-star reviews, do everything possible to avoid getting negative reviews.

It takes 50 5-star reviews to cover one 1-star review (these numbers may not be exact, but in principle, it's roughly like that).
 
Any good seller for gmb reviews that stick? not high insane pricing..

There is a company with 1k+ reviews in Houston, on position 15-16 in it's main category... ranking under a few with 100 reviews. It's also the are of the GMB... when I build GMBs I'm checking zip codes with most searches
