Does anyone still get the Postcard option, or is everyone being forced into Video and Phone verification exclusively now?

as of early 2026, video verification has become the standard, default method
for Google Business Profiles, with post cards becoming exceptionally rare.
While not officially "dead," the postcard option is no longer
available to most new profiles,

Postcard verification (formerly known as GMB verification) is one of the standard ways to verify your business address inside Google Business Profile.

It's not available to newer profiles sadly. You should go with video verification if you don't have the Postcard option.
