Could you elaborate on press releases? Do you release these press releases using whatever major service and then try to get it indexed?

Yeah I still do it, I just don't think it works as well any more. It's just a habit for me at this point. I think other things move the needle more.

There is no use of building backlinks to you GMB URL instead build backlinks to your website.

Yes, I will submit the Press Releases through distribution channels and the PR links get indexed by Google themself.

I totally Agree
As i was checking on Ahrefs the top pages of google my business having 0 Backlinks with Decent Organic Traffic...
100+ Embed Maps are enough I Guess
