I have a client who created his GMB a couple of years ago (photography company). Thing is, he created it under an SAB. Can't blame him because he doesn't do business at a specified location and goes where he's needed, but I would've created it with a virtual office to help it with local results.
Anyway, fact of the matter's that he's now servicing a neighboring city. And, though that new city still falls under his SAB, my approach would be to just create a new GMB with a virtual office in this new city (and just close the current GMB listing)
But, I'm just not sure if there'd be any issues since he already has a GMB with his company name. I'd send local citations to his new one, but, again, not sure what issues there could be.
Context:
-Only has 3 reviews
-Poorly optimized
Never dealt with this before, so I'd appreciate any advice/thoughts.
Thanks in advance guys.
