GMB gets suspended after processing

Hey guys!

I have this problem upon verifying a listing through phone verification on a random address, after the listing passes the review it's getting "Suspended" (the phones are legit, not the problem). I've tried to report 3 of those listings for like 30 days and still couldn't reinstate them.

I manage to verify them with my niche's category and the info that's added is Name, address and phone (no business hours, no open date, no sub-categories, no description). Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Avoid suspended issues if you follow these guidelines

  • Stick to Google’s guidelines
  • Take high-definition photos of your business
  • Make sure that your name on Google My Business is your business’s actual name
  • Make sure that your address is at a permanent location. Google does not allow virtual locations.
  • Use a local phone number rather than a call center line.
  • Make sure that your business hours are up-to-date.
  • Make sure that your Google My Business categories are accurate.
 
If they say not eligible for once then they do not verify generally.Follow the steps given by @Time Saver.
Also keep in your mind name is important:
-Do not use spammy names for your listing like city or area name
-Do not duplicate your name to keyword
 
Well, the actual office of the business is located outside the country (US). I am using software for phone numbers but it's not the problem since I am using a phone number from that platform at the original location and the listing got verified via postcard, also it's active for a very long time now.

I am trying to verify my new listing in the US since we have lots of inquiries from there but the virtual address option doesn't work (already tried).

I am looking for an alternative way to verify our company's listing. I am open for ideas

For this reinstate method is usefull.You can manage to create gmb multiple in one day if you know the technique.I make listings to sell my clients already.This is my job.
Which category is your company?

I am not working on Drug Treatment category.This is non-spammy category.It is quite cheap to buy fresh listing.
-Did you try to find good gmb worker for yourself?I think this is the place for it.
-PPC (paypercall) services work nice for the category.
What is your company size?Maybe I am telling you something that you know already.
 
The size is up to 20 people. Can you forward someone that can provide listings?

hey there. i've been looking for someone able to verify 15-20 google my business listings in the surrounding areas for my party rental business/bouncy castle hire business. You capable?

Can you get a verified GMB in this category?
 
GMB is a global marketing company that processes payments for many online and offline businesses. Recently, GMB was suspended after processing payments for two different companies that were found to be involved in fraud. The suspension has caused some disruption for GMB's customers, but the company is working hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
 
Do you have any active producing GMB in this vertical? If so we are looking for additional traffic sources and are open to buyout/paypercall/lease

Yeah, I am on same page with you my friend. Following the Google's guidelines is most important and some times even after your GMP got processed, you might be experience the issue due to missed the Google expectation.
