GMB domains inquiry!

hello i'm a seo expired domains reseller lately allot of my clients have been coming around looking for domains with no seo metrics just one specific rule they must match with the domain that is listed on any live GMB listing i still haven't figured out what are they doing with them can someone shed some light ? also can someone help price them out for me ?
