Now suddently calls have been declining on GMB!

What niche? Depending on the service, seasonality plays a big role. We're heading towards thanksgiving & xmas, so some people are pulling back on spending (calling).

Google has recently changed the layout of page 1. Google guaranteed ads are now displayed vertically instead of horizontally. This means that organic maps have been pushed further down the page in local search and this is a big reason why call volume is declining in gmbs.
