For local seo competitor use different url /websites but looks same design images, layout. Each website has different address map. How do they use: use 1 GMB with multiple locations or several GMB each per website? How to do better

And if each physical location have one Google My Business Profile, can each location have same images, logo, same website design (text different)

why are you creating multiple websites in the first place? you are adding a lot of effort maintenance, specially in backlink side
