GMB 1 star review

My idiot worker must have been looking up my website address at the doctor's when playing with his phone. So he was signed in as himself and left a one star review with no words. Since this appaers to be an accident, what do I do? Have him say he got stuck in android and kept clicking till the screen popped out?

Funny thing, same thing happened to me before on my kerosene powered note 3. But since my address is connected to the GMB page, the three star I gave myself trying to escape the screen, didn't register.

So I went from 5 star to a 4.6 cause of this.

Can't the reviews be changed or removed by the reviewer?

This doesn't sound realistic in any way. Why can't you just say that you got a one-star review and were curious how it can be removed, as it tarnishes your five star rating?

Not sure if this is a joke or what?

BUT, If what you said is true, they can just log in to their account and edit the review.

Cause it has my employee's name on it.
Interesting the GMB is linked to my personal email, I got stuck in it and it froze up my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 screen which seems to overheat after 3 minutes of use. I was able to edit my 3 star to a 5 star even though it didn't show or register or count.

Now that I know I can just tell supragenius not to play on his phone at his oncologist's office. I will have him edit it. One's employees will be the death of me. My favorite is whenever they try to "help" I can just feel my balloon knot puckering. Waiting for more money to be burned.

After all these years dealing with customers whom don't want to pay or nitpick sh!t apart, I never had a negative review. To see it come up cause of this was surprising. I have a rival whom has a modern geocities webpage who is collecting reviews which I believe to be legit possibly. I thought something fishy was going on.

Still having trouble ever getting a Yelp to stick, even if it is legit, but I digress.
