According to Google's new updates, it is quite difficult to create new accounts without verifying them by phone #.
It is no longer possible as before to create X accounts before Google asked for the number, now from the first attempt Google will require phone #.
I had to update my program to create gmails for this same reason.

Not sure if using totally clean IP can currently help us to omit phone verification. But say it's triggered what are the steps to open multiple gmail account with clean phone number (not virtual). What would be steps - open one and wait before opening next? How long to wait after we see notification that "this number been used too many times"?

I built my own Gmail account creator.
I use API for SMS, of course the numbers are new. If you use low quality sms api , you will probably always get “this number been used too many times” .

You'll have to use something like smspva to get the sign up code. Make sure you're using residential proxies too

Most fundamental question is - how many accounts can be opened with totally fresh sim card (not online service). And do we have to make delays between opening new?
Does it have to be gmail recovery email? In which step do you see such field? If there is no such option meaning device is not supported or maybe we should select business, personal account or different option?
i think per sim you can 3 accounts / monthly , in the past it was open for 6 accounts

I see. That's some interesting observation. From your point - does it reset after month? Meaning we can open about 30 account per sim/year?
what is mean by u built your own ? you mean you can create unlimited gmails ?????????

You can use playstore to create multiple gmail accounts, but when you are creating, there will be an option of phone number, you will just skip it and then account create.
