You need to create 10 accs which you do by connecting your device to mobile network.
You change ip each time when you want to make new account. Start new profile in browser with no cookies each time you make a new account. Restart ip by turning airplane and turning off airplane mode on your phone.
You can use program like incogniton, gologin or incognito chrome on android or chrome on ios.
If you use desktop, create hotspot on mobile device and connect via WiFi or USB tethering and disable your original network card connected to home network.
It will take you some time to learn but worth long term.

no i don't know but once i made 50 plus Gmails on my laptop

All social media and email work ought be done on farms of unique androids or iphones.
Can be also Mac laptop. But no. You'll have a wrong laptop and sayonara. Windows ain't gon cut it in 2024.

You don't need phone numbers if you do correctly.
For this amount I would do non pva accounts.
