Gmail ?

I have a gmail account, I can't use the phone number, it asks for a code when I log in. My account has a recovery e-mail but it doesn't show up. Same situation for 3 months. What can I do? I have access to the recovery e-mail.

try contact google support. say you lose the pohone number.
is the gmail logged in other device?

See if it allows you to reset password using that recovery mail, otherwise contact Google.

phone card all gone i only have access to recovery email

The only way to recover this account is to contact support and tell them that you lost access to the phone number.

Why not go to your provider and reiisue the number? i believe it's easier than waiting google response

google support is only way
usually when you fail to verify there is a link to escalate to support.
they'll ask you some questions to verify you own the account or not.

i had similar case happen to me. i was locked out for years on one of my gmails. always prompted for verification i couldn't provide. google support denied me every time. eventually (6-7 years later) i was able to login succesfully without getting any verification prompts.

for what its worth you can text the number and ask them to help you out. i tried this a few times for friends who were in this scenario. each time the person thought i was trying to hack them smh.
