Ok so i see the phone verify shit from time to time but now I'm seeing it every time anyone have away to get around this ?

Use anonymous ip except the korean ip's.

Can anybody verify this statement as true? Are they requiring phone verification for email creation?

This is happening if you create too many accounts from 1 IP, clear cookies/flash cookies and rotate IP.
