Gmail Password Recovery - PLS HELP

assuming you already did the "forgot my password" button.
they have 2 recovery wizards

could be a chance that the email account is associated with an android phone -- in that case open the gmail app on phone. same thing if there is a chance it is associated with outlook/thunderbird software.

nothing further to say. use their troubleshooting wizard and see how far you get.
i had similar problems.. acct locked out. i tried again 2-3 years later and it magically worked. this doesnt mean much because nobody wants to wait a few years just to get into their email.
if you have proxy/vpn on you should disable it. that throws up lots of red flags for gmail.
not a big fan of gmail. they're in bed bigtime with big brother. and have been known to delete/ban accounts of people who they do not like. consider switching to a different provider in the future. you have lots of years of emailing ahead of you.
