Gmail or getresponce?

I have a list of 10k people who is on prescription, or earlier they have ordered from some pharmacy, I want to send this but am bit worry how to send?
Can I use gmail to send this list, will it provide good inbox rate? Or getresponce?
How many mails can I send in a day from gmail or getresponce?
PS: I will send the list randomly like 500 or 1k a day.

If you can split your list into two and create two accounts (max 5000 subscribers), there is another option which will alow you to send up to 1000 a day free of charge

I would sugggest using Get Response for the mass emailing. It's quite easy to use and it is favorable in identifying SPAM accounts. Do you have any experience using any of the two?
