gmail now asking for 100% sms verification ?

it was already mentioned here, but i wanted to confirm from my own testing that your IP must match the zip code u enter or be close - if it does not u WILL get the SMS verify screen. I tested extensively.
There could be other factors, but this was the only variable that mattered for me. Again, it was mentioned already once, but sometimes the right answer to an issue gets buried amongst all the other hypotheses posted and "geeez it works for me" posts (which frankly are not terribly helpful).
If you use proxies, just go to http://www.geobytes.com/IpLocator.htm?GetLocation
and get the geographic location of your proxy IP, then google that city if u need a zip code.

I also created multiple gmail accounts with sms verification but the mobile number is limited to 5 verifications

How retarded is that? What if you don't have a cell phone? How can Google force you to get a cell phone in order to create an account?
I think that's just fucking ridiculous because I, for one, don't have a cell phone. And it's not because I'm underage. It's because I don't want one.
So forcing someone to verify with SMS is just fucking stupid. That's my take.

Google says if you don't have a cellphone, you can borrow one from your friend 
It seems Gmail does not really block your IP. I have also found that random numbers at the end of your Gmail will cause it to SMS. Also, do not use the same passwords each time, use a real secondary email, and use your real location. The more realistic it is, the less likely you are to get SMSed.

Yeah, Im adding numbers at the end of my mailbox name but dont get issues if:
1) I use clean ip's
2) verification e-Mail is not a gmail account/used account before for creation
(mind you, Im not creating a lot)
