gmail hacked please help

I tried to log in to my gmail and it says that my password has been changed 1 hour ago and then i try to resolve this problem and gain my password but when i want to send my password to alternative email i see [email protected] and I never have had such e-mail which starts with hip.!

Can someone help me, have tried to look at their support site but nothing helps

If you have registered your cell phone then you can simply reset it to that. If you didn't register your cell phone, you should try google support.

go to lost password, it usually shows 4 options.
you can recover it via your mobile phone, email alternative, of security question.
hope it works.

Err, can you contact Gmail? Seriously, nobody here can help you. I cant believe all the people who replied to this thread.

It can be retrieved. As many of them said if you have added the phone number to your account then you should be good. I am pretty sure that the hacker would have changed the alternate email. Or try answering the security questions.

I am also having the same problem, all 100 of my gmail accounts were hacked!

I had the same, but I was lucky and I remembered my security question, now I changed alternative e-mail,made 2 of them,added phone and if someone else is trying to log in, gmail will send verification sms code to my phone.
I am lucky that I got back my account.
Under Continue choose can't access any of these.
And try to answer your recovery, it is only hope.

To have your Gmail/Yahoo or any other email account hacked is very difficult. If it does happen, run trojan searches on your computers. You are most likely infected by trojan/virus/adware etc.
