Hey man. Yes I have submitted appeal for that and could recover the account with basically the same setup as yours. Have you done the appeal already? I think I might have the msg I sent for it. Let me know pls.

When a Google (Gmail) account gets disabled and then appealed, in my case 7 to 8 out of 10 appealed accounts get reactivated. Just appeal every account that gets disabled.

Using tools like AdsPower and proxies can trigger Google’s system.
Sometimes the appeal works, sometimes not, depends on the account history.

We have already faced such issues. Most of the time, it's about the phone number you used to register the account.

According to Google's policies, accounts that have not been used for at least 2 years can be deleted or deactivated (this policy came into effect in December 2023).
completely unrelated

What happened to the appeal? Did you have a recovery email?
i got it back but im worried it will happen again, im also worried if i change the email too soon it will flag again.

Yes, some appeals succeed, but if the Gmail was fresh and barely used, chances are low. Using AdsPower + residential IPs can still trigger flags. For better success, warm up accounts first and appeal from a clean device/IP

Hello ,
Wait 3–5 business days after appeal, avoid resubmitting too soon,if no reply, create new Gmail with clean device, IP, and real recovery info.

Same to me, but I have learn! Google can be super sensitive, especially when using proxies or tools like AdsPower. Even minimal activity—like just signing up on social—can trigger a flag if IP/device fingerprints don’t match.
I’ve seen appeals work if the account appears genuine and has some age, but it’s hit or miss. Sometimes, creating a fresh one with better warm-up steps is faster.
Good luck—hope you get it back soon!
