1.) How many days after creation, you can do forwarding on a gmail account?

2.) Is it ok to do forwarding like this, 9 mails forwarded to 1 inbox, then from that 1 inbox to master mail?
Basically Im doing the 100, but breaking it down to 9:1 then I forward them to master mail.

Please help

To my knowledge there is no forwarding restrictions with google. It's easier for them to shut you down, if the accounts are inactive if they do a review, but I've never hit a forward limit if the accounts are SMS verified.

1. Instantly
2. Yes; Works fine

Why not have all your mails read via an mail reader like Outlook.

Would be more comfortable rather than the forwarding method, especially when you choose to reply

Thanks for the advice, will look into it.

I do it directly and had never a problem. But if you create a few Gmail accounts with the same ip may could be the problem.
