Gmail Email Tools?

I'm not even sure what this would be called, but is there anything for gmail that allows me to populate fields for something like {name}, {business name}, {business niche} so when I fill out the name, business name, and business niche for each contact I can send the same message to each while the app changes the values for {name}, {business name}, {business niche}?

What are some of the best tools for this that work for gmail (if any) and in general?

Hi, if that is all that you need - why don't you just get a copy of Link Assistant? It's fairly cheap and integrates with gmail. The emails need a bit of formating. But it can more or less do what you say so long as you import the data into the project from .csv.
