GMail creation

hello,
I will need around 200 GMail accounts. I will give you a list of names and usernames to register, you will have to use that info
need them created in Europe/USA/South America.
you'll also need to create a forwarder rule to a certain address of mine.

no need for PVA. need them created with multiple IPs obviously.

Your budget?

I have the Gmail bot if you want to do it yourself though..if not, state a budget.
