Gmail bulk accounts clean?

I am looking to purchase 100 + gmail accounts. I see here on BHW, offers for bulk gmail accounts purchases. Can you guys tell me if these accounts are clean or are they maybe "obtained" through other means? I just want to use for promotions but they must be clean.

I was trying to be delicate, as am still trying to understand all the rules here. My concern is that the gmail accounts am buying must not be "stolen" accounts.

Thank you Nekola. You seem to have some experience. Is there any provider here you can recommend? I don't know how to check the credibility of the seller or source of the accounts. I don't suppose anyone will flat out tell me they are selling hacked or stolen accounts. :(

Great question - I am in the same boat
 
It's hard to know who to trust. Just my first transaction here, and we have already lost 89 Euros. Never again. :(

I have some but not a seller here so can't offer them unless I upgrade.

That said, it's difficult to find clean gmails. The ones I bought in the past all got disabled quickly so I found it was better to just make them myself. If you're looking to buy clean gmails though, I think you really have to pay quality prices. If you're paying for cheap gmails, almost certainly they will have problems later.
