GMAIL BIG PROBLEM

Something so stupid happened. My gmail account which I had for fifteen YEARS! I changed the login method to via Phone. LOST MY PHONE a week later. And that stupid google system has set the login method to my OLD PHONE and NOT TO MY PHONE NUMBER. What a losers men. So now with my new Phone I can`t get in.

I don`t remember my password as I was all like from now on I`ll log in with my telephone.

I can`t believe they created a system so fragile that this happens after a week of using it. And all my important stuff is on that mail account. Like way too much to ever use on a new mail. I can`t contact them. Nothing.

What the **** is going on here. lol

Can someone please try to help me. This is too much.

Did you try the recovery process where you provide as much info about the account you possibly can?
If enough correct info is provided their system will recover it for you.
It's a long shot but I don't know any other solution.
 
Excuse me for saying but, this is insane men. I've been the owner for years and years.

You're not alone! I am also facing this issue. Do you remember which device you used last time to login? Try to login with the same device. I recently recovered 20+ accounts by doing this way.
 
Nah I don't. Unbelievable lol. Samsung Galaxy J3 it was...

I don't know anyone with this kind of telephone.

Either you time travelled or something because J3 was released in 2016. You must have use another device to login if you really had your account for 15 years...

Just try to recover the account by giving as much details as possible as others said.
 
Yeah are you not logged in on a computer or an old device as well as that phone? There's gotta be a way around don't lose hope
 
I didn't time travel I only used that Phone to login since a month or something! The years before that I just used regular passwords.

It's a bad situation right.
 
google and their product always walk in the tight rope . sorry mate.
 
You didn't use your PC to login or save password in a backup location?

Moving forward you should use Lastpass to avoid this in the future.
Just make sure you backup main password and don't forget it once setup.

i just don't understand how this can happen so easily.
