Working on tightening up my outbound infrastructure and moving toward more structured, best-practice systems.

Right now I’m evaluating the simplest way to:

  • Host a clean, stable environment online (VPS / cloud)
  • Attach multiple Gmail accounts in an organized way
  • Route activity through proper IP separation (proxies / network hygiene)
  • Still retain the ability to send manually (not full automation yet — more controlled execution)
Longer term I’m also looking at API-based systems, but for now I want something I can use to triage, test, and validate performance across accounts without overcomplicating the stack.

Main priorities:

  • Reliability (no constant breakage)
  • Ease of login/access across machines
  • Clean separation between accounts
  • Scalable if needed, but not overengineered from day one
If you’ve built or used something like this:

  • What stack / setup ended up being the least friction?
  • Did you stay browser-based, or move into API tools early?
  • Any platforms or workflows that actually held up under real use?
Appreciate any direction from people who’ve already gone through the trial-and-error phase.
