Gmail and Outlook inbox placement

I am looking for advice on getting my email marketing campaigns to gmail and outlook inboxes.

For years I have been running a legitimate company that provides services to professionals. We acquire all of our customers by sending cold emails from the Mumara email program. The emails we send are very professional, text only emails aimed at starting conversations with the recipients. They are personalized with merge tags and spintags.

We have a dedicated server with PowerMTA, multiple warmed up not blacklisted IPs with Senderscores of 98, and our DKIM, SPF, and rDNS settings are working 100%. We get 10/10 on mail-tester.

Yet despite having an expensive email setup that is configured 100% correctly, we still get 0% deliverability to gmail and outlook based addresses. According to G-lock seed list tests our overall inbox placement is 35-40%. At least half of our email lists are G suite/Office 365 accounts, so we are missing out on a lot of revenue as a result of our emails being blocked.

How can we get our emails into gmail and outlook inboxes?

I use elasticemail and inboxing rate is quite high in gmail. but i dont send cold emails, they all are one who have transacted with my store in the past

Actually we tried Elasticmail and saw no increase in inbox placement unfortunately.

We have also tried SES, SMPT2GO, and various other providers, but after a couple months they banned our accounts because our lists aren't opt-in (although they are highly targeted, cleaned of bounces, and CAN-SPAM compliant).

inbox mail is a miss and go in todays world that a fact.

there is no possable theory that anyone can get a cold email placed to the inbox

most email server including the ones your asking about need the email owner to add them to there email list .

most important email goto spam box fact , this does not matter how exspensive setup you got.

i done a full header and thorey test on it years ago when i study php ....

and yes i even spoke directly to hotmail and others and there is no special way to get passed there spam filter . it in or not inboxed that simple ...

your lucky or your not that simple...

most email need to be double opt in know days , that means 1 you tell them your going to use the email there providing and send email,s and they agree and 2 they also add you to there email list = double opt in.

cold emails are 100% spam without opt in permission , when getting there email address....

reputation , try to send email first and and reply to it , then send again
