Gmail on residential / datacenter proxies.
You're never gonna get into trouble with these unless you're leaking addresses cause of bad setup or use sequential ips like a lot of people.
But it should work.
I can make 1k gmails daily with no problems.
Well, don't tell them who you are by changing location of proxy constantly. If you do all from one location, they'll cluster your accounts and classify as bot created.

Not that I understand what you're trying to say.
I use 1000 different providers (ISPs) from over 30 countries.
I'm not changing my ips using mobile network. It's static datacenter / home ips.

This is the key! With residential proxies plus GOOD CPU , it’s possible to create a lot of Gmail Accounts with bots.
