Try to find free proxies. Search up Zenmate. It might not work, and it won't be effective. But that's one of a few things you can do. Do you really require @gmail.com accounts?

More than likely you won't be able to find any free methods to create that many Gmails without phone verification. Those days are long gone.
If you're lucky, you can create a few accounts from clean, non-abused ips without phone verification, but that's it and even if you're able to do it, they might ask for phone verification later at any point depending on usage. It doesn't worth the hassle, try to look for alternatives like Deutsch69 suggested above.

And, yeah, your math skills are terrific.
My provider charges 0.2 per Google account. @J7-Team . Cheapest deal i've found. I cannot promise anything, but he has only given me one bad account, and solved in within like two minutes. So i highly recommend him. 0.2 x 100 = 183.
