Gmail account creation unique problem[PVA]

I'm trying to create a new Gmail account but I can't finish it. It doesn't approve my phone number to verify through sms.
I've used 4 paid services of PVA and tried more than 30 numbers of various countries and various operators but everytime it shows error "This phone number cannot be used for verification".

I have tried changing browser profiles and VPN locations also.

Hello i got the same problem last time. Keeo trying change countries until getting a working one.
I remember that Argentine spain and vietnam worked for me

I tried again for 30-40 more times today with random countries like Ukraine, Indonesia, Brazil and Latvia etc. None worked.
I changed name and email and I could create account easily.

I need an email with specific name only. Would you want to try?
The name is generic and email didn't contain any banned words.
