Gmail account and associated YouTube account suspended! Need help getting them back.

I just emailed gmail re this. But not sure what their response rate is like.

I created these about 2 months ago with specific usernames that I wanted to keep. Now they're both suspended.
I created them off a proxy - is that why?

Also - in future, how can I assure that accounts I create for clients stay safe?

You should know what it's about. I've never had a situation where Google/YouTube restricted/banned me and I didn't know the reason. Read their TOS if you don't know their rules.

Could it be due to the fact that I created multiple accounts of the proxy? (3-4)
And I did not use the accounts for anything yet.

Checked TOS again - and the only thing I can think is that they traced IP. As this is an IP I bought over Fiverr - could there have been multiple users and that's what got the account banned?
