Globitex.com feedbacks, better than Spectrocoin?

Does anyone one had any experiences with Globitex.com? They give you personal IBAN in EURO , and offer crypto Exchange with competitive Prices..
From first glance, i think they are most better than Bankera.com or spectrocoin
...
