Aside from Paypal,are there any other trustworthy Global Payment Services that I can use to submit payment to writer in Pakistan or anywhere in the world for that matter that does not accept Paypal? Thanks for your replies.

Try: Liberty Reserve
it's not big like paypal, but It won't limit your accout

get them to set up an account on odesk and do it that way. pay with your credit card when the work is done.

Well, AM from Pakistan too .my clients pay me with many options. Like Alertpay, Moneybooker, Plimus or just hire me at Freelance or Odesk...but for plimus service site is must , like I have ..

Sameer.. you seem to be from India too, so you should be able to reply best. To my understanding you need to use one of the exchangers to get money into our bank right? Which one do you use, and how much do they charge? Also, can someone with funds in paypal, make a transfer to LR? Wud appreciate your answer.
