Hey, I was wondering if the steps to rank a global keyword is the same as ranking a local keyword? Ive found a pretty good keyword that is based in Norway, how would I go on about ranking this? Should I just do the normal on page SEO and the normal backlinks + some social signals? It has 1.3k monthly searches. Thanks in advance.
