Hey everyone,
I’ve been in the payments space for quite a while, and I’m excited to finally join this community. I work with a US-based wholesale ISO/MSP, with our own direct payment gateway that focuses on some of the more complex corners of ecommerce. I.e., the ones where stable processing isn’t always easy to come by. As of today, we are restricted to US & Canadian-based merchants - but are looking into global payfac registration to support international clients within our current roadmap.
What brought me to BHW is simple: this is where a lot of the real operators are. Many of the verticals represented here (CBD, nutra, iGaming, credit repair, coaching, and others) are exactly the kinds of businesses we support every day. We work with multiple in-house sponsor banks and dozens of third-party partners, and our proprietary gateway has native integrations to most major shopping carts. For Shopify, we lean on proven legacy gateways like Authorize or NMI to keep merchants flexible.
One of our biggest strengths is keeping accounts live for the long run. Our in-house risk team monitors dispute ratios closely and addresses chargebacks proactively, often before merchants ever hit visibility on card-brand monitoring lists. We also work with top RDR and mitigation partners when necessary to make sure our merchants don’t get blindsided.
I’m here to connect with serious merchants and partners who value stability and are willing to do their part on the compliance and risk side. My goal is to build real relationships and help create payment stacks that last.
